Apra Harbor on Guam is one of the best deep water ports in the Pacific. It’s a moderately busy port that’s used by the US Military occupation forces, in addition to normal commercial and civilian vessels. There are a number of beaches around the inside perimeter of harbor. As for recreation; swimming, sailing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, waterskiing, and snorkeling are all possible. In addition to wreck and reef diving with some spots accessible from the shore and others by boat.
