The talented and beautiful, Janine represented the Philippines in the prestigious Blackpool, England ballroom competition in the Latin Dancing class.
The Blackpool Dance Festival is eight days in length and has been held in the Empress Ballroom at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool, England since 1920. It is the world’s first and most renowned yearly formal dance rivalry of global importance.
