Elmore (Moe) Cotton was honored as being an important longtime supporter of the Guam Women’s Club (GWC) and was crowned King Moe.
Moe’s wife Mae has been a dedicated member of the GWC for many years. With contributions of her time, effort and money she has helped the GWC bring about many wonderful things for Guam.
Guam Women’s Club does fundraising and lobbying for things like; island beautification, educational programs, youth programs, programs for the elderly, and much more.
